Refunds and Returns
We provide refunds or store credits on corals, fish or inverts which arrive dead in overnight shipments or die within the guarantee period. Please review our Live Guarantee for more information.
We do not accept returns.
There is a cancellation transaction fee of 20% for all canceled orders.
Due to a combination of local restrictions, logistics, and the dangers to the animals we do not ship outside the continental United States.
We ship all of our orders overnight via UPS Next Day Air for arrival on Tuesday-Friday. Saturday pick up at UPS Access Point locations and residential delivery is also an option, for an additional fee, where available. Please select this option at checkout.
