Refunds and Returns
We provide refunds or store credits on corals, fish or inverts which arrive dead in overnight shipments or die within the guarantee period. We do not accept returns.

Due to a combination of local restrictions, logistics, and the dangers to the animals we do not ship to any overseas locations or Alaska.
We ship all our orders overnight via UPS Next Day for arrivals on Tuesday-Friday and Saturday pick up at UPS locations. Residential delivery for Saturday is also available for an additional charge. Please select this option at checkout.
