The filefish is a diminutive, solitary addition to the peaceful marine aquarium. In the wild, as adults, the Orange Filefish will float with the head pointed downwards to aid in deception and blend with the seagrasses.  They stay close to crevices for protection, using the dorsal spines to secure themselves in the rock.
