The Heniochus Butterfly are a peaceful fish. They can reach up 8 inches and will require an aquarium of at least 125 gallons with plenty of room to swim and rock to hide away. The Heniochus can be housed with others of its kind if they are introduced into the aquarium at the same time. This fish is not considered reef safe it is known to nip at corals, tube worms, anemones, and ornamental shrimp. Their diet consists of mysis, brines, seaweed, spirulina, and marine algae, and high-quality flake and pellet foods.
