The Harlequin or Clown Sweetlips is a very distinctive and graceful swimming fish. They have a white body with brown/red dots across their entire body as a juvenile. As adult the spotting will fade until they are white with black spots. This grouper is very easy to take care of, but it will grow to a very large size, requiring an aquarium of at least 200 gallons. They should have plenty of swimming room as well as rock for caves to rest. The aquarium will need very good infiltration and water flow. Their diet consists of meaty food like shrimp, krill, and small fish.
