Blue Blubber Jellyfish (Catostylus mosaicus)

 Be careful when trying to handle this Jellyfish as it does pack a mild sting. Catostylus mosaicus consume phytoplankton regularly in coastal waters surrounding Australia. They can be found in lagoons and harbors where salinity levels are considerably higher than standard ocean salinity. This jellyfish may be sensitive to salinity changes, and it is recommended that you do a slow drip acclimation upon transition.
