Red Diana Hogfish (Bodianus diana)

The Red Diana Hogfish is also known as the Spotted Hogfish. This Hogfish can reach up to 10 inches in length. That being said they will require an aquarium of at least 150 gallons with plenty of rock to swim and hide into. They are considered aggressive and should not be with smaller peaceful fish as they can be bullied. The Hogfish are not reef safe as they will eat snails, mussels, worms, and smaller fish. Their diet consists of fresh and or frozen meaty foods.
