The Feather Star can come in bold, bright colors. They are mainly nocturnal feeders. They will lift all their arms to open up to eat plankton and filter feed left over food or whatever they can find. Like other starfish they are very sensitive to changes in water chemistry as well as to copper based medications. Drip acclimation is best for at least 1.25 hours.
