Live Brine Shrimp (Artemia salina) are small, filter-feeding crustaceans that live in saltwater habitats. They grow to around 8 mm and take about a week to mature depending on the conditions.

After reaching maturity, they can live for several months and produce as much as 75 eggs every day.

INSTRUCTIONS

For small fish: 8-10 Brine Shrimp

For large fish: 10-15 Brine shrimp 

Please note the dosage will vary depending on appetite.

Use your provided pipette and place your desired amount of live brine shrimp in a separate container and close the lid.

Add the closed container to your aquarium and let sit for 20 minutes. This allows the brine shrimp to acclimate to your water temperature.

Once ready for feeding, turn off the powerheads and pumps. This allows your fish the opportunity to consume the brine shrimp when placed in the water.

Add the brine shrimp to your aquarium.

Note: Can also be used to target feed corals.

STORAGE

Should be stored in an open container in your refrigerator or at room temperature with a very gentle airline. If storing at room temperature, make sure to feed with phytoplankton or other brine shrimp food as water clears.
