The Turbinaria Corals are large polyp stony (LPS) corals. Sometimes referred to as a Cup, Pagoda, or Scroll Corals, depending on the species. This species will grow out horizontally in the aquarium becoming thick and shelving. Turbinaria Corals may be several different colors in the wild. Our frags are extending polyps in the day and night.
Although they vary in the amount of care they require, these are very easy and healthy. This makes it a great choice for the beginner reef aquarist. It is peaceful and does not bother other corals that are placed in close proximity to it. Give the coral ample space when placed in the aquarium to allow for growth.
