Berghia Shipping
We use FedEx or U.S.P.S priority mail for all Berghia orders. Deliveries are sent with no signature required. We provide tracking numbers and acclimation information via e-mail prior to shipping. We ship in the United States and Canada.

We are willing to use your FedEx account number to ship upon request.
To help insure a successful shipment we ask the following of you:
- Ship only to an address where someone is available to accept the delivery. The shipment should not be left outside.
- If you are concerned about developing weather conditions that might delay the shipment please let us know by 5PM Central Time the day of shipment, and we will reschedule.
- If you live an area where the weather will be below 35 degrees or above 90 degrees, we encourage you to ship to a FedEx location for pick up. This will keep the shipment out of extreme cold or hot delivery trucks.
Packing Berghia
We go to great lengths to insure that your order arrives alive and undamaged. We have researched the best methods and take great care in packing your order. Your order is packed between 5 P.M. and 7 P.M. and dropped off at FedEx before 8 P.M. in the evening. Box fees include the cost of transfer pipettes, bags, protective packing, containers, heat packs, and the corrugated box. A $4.00 fee is charged for all orders of 7 Berghia or less. The box charge is waived for orders of 8 or more Berghia.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We are proud of our over 99% Berghia live arrival record. Our Berghia and other livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped overnight. We ship only healthy Berghia that are the proper size and are laying eggs. We understand that ordering online is not the same as buying from your local fish store; this is why we assure you we only ship the best specimens in our inventory.
Although very rarely, we occasionally have a Berghia die during shipping. We ask that you contact us the day that the Berghia arrive to let us know you have a fatality. We will refund the value of the Berghia. Refunds will not be given on the value of shipping or box fees.
We do not offer a live arrival guarantee on 2-Day, Ground or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipments.
